Today, I was looking for a good article to post on my blog and I found an article on "Which Fast Food Stock will be a Winning bet in 2013? " This article was posted by Seeking Alpha on January 9, 2013. My earlier blog was on top 10 best/ good foods. So, I decided to do 10 worst foods this time. People are interested in top 10 best/ good food So, they also like to know which foods are top 10 worst food.
1. Number First goes to Artery Crust. Only Half pie contains 520 Calories, 11 grams of saturated fat, and 800mg of Sodium. Entire pie contain 1040 calories, 22 grams of saturated fats, and 1600 mg of Sodium.
2. Number Second goes to Triple Bypass. This Comes within 1450 calories, 33 grams of saturated fat, and 3830 mg of sodium.
3. Number third goes to Salt on!. It has 760 mg of sodium. Progresso Reduced Sodium, and Healthy Choice slash the sodium to the 400s. Look for lower sodium lines in the 100s to 300s by Amy’s, Imagine Foods, Pacific Natural Foods, and Tabatchnick.
4. Number fourth goes to Tortilla Terror. It contain 970 calories, and 18 grams of saturated fat. If you skip the cheese still it become 750 calories which worth more than day's worth sodium.

Many people are confuse about which food is good for us ? So today I thought to write a blog on top 10 best food which are good for our health. So, Eat this food you will get good nutients from it and you will stay healthy. Eating this food. If you eat this food you dont need to worry more about your figure. So, I suggest when you feeling to eat unhealthy food go to suppermarket where you can find this food and eat it. That way you won't gain weight and stay healthy.
1. Number First goes to Sweet Potatoes. Sweet Potatoes are good for our health. So, they consider as best food. They have lots of nutrition. They contain Caretonoids, Vitamin C, potassium and Fiber.
2. Number Two goes to Mangoes. Mango has lots of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Potassium and Fiber. 1 cup of mango give 100% Vitamin C, 1/3 day of Vitamin A, Dose of blood pressure lowering Potassium, and 3 grams of Fiber.
4, Number fourth goes to Broccoli. It contain lots of vitamin K, Vitamin C, Caretonoids and Folic acid.

Garlic bread
Garlic bread is my need when I'm eating pizza at home. Every time we make pizza at home we toast Garlic breads. It taste awesome. We usually buy the Garlic bread packets from store and at home we just toast it and serve. ya, it is a fat food, but Indian families don't care about fats and all thing. If you are skinny in Indian family your mom will so angry on you. Reason is that they believe " fat people shows that they are rich" and if you are skinny they will think " your not getting enough food to eat"It sound funny , but true too.
So back to the Garlic Bread, if you want to make it at home than go to the store, buy garlic bread packet, open the packet and put it in micro oven. Time is written on the packet toast it that much time and take it out. After than you can serve it.
So you see how easy and fast to make a Garlic bread.

You can make Garlic bread at home too and this is my own receipe. So, first take a bread. Mix butter and garlic sauce and put it on bread and than toast it for 5 min. you will be good. You will test the same taste of garlic bread you buy it from other supper market.

MY OPINION: Junk food in teens life
Now days, Teens are so into Junk foods. They do not like to eat home made food or any healthy food (I'm Consider in). Obviously, This happen to us because by seeing other eating yummy junk foods we attract our self to eat the same food that they are eating. We also feel to eat that yummy food and we do that. What happen later, that junk food increase fat in our body. we gain weight. After that we try to control eating junk food. Junk food made special space in our eating habit that we can not control till more days. For some days it's ok that we control, but after some days we cant and again start gaining weight more than ever before.
If you want to eat junk food do regular gym that will maintain your body because not everyone can control junk food eating for long time. Gym is the best way to maintain your body, but make sure that you do gym regularly. whenever you stop gym you will start gaining your weight.
Eat limited junk food and go gym regularly maintain your body weight.

Maggie Noodles
Today, I made Indian Noddle; which is also known as Maggie. It's so yummy. There is two ways to make this noodles (using gas or using microwave) and it's faster to make. You can make this noodles in only 2 minutes. I love this noodles. Its also cheap. You can buy it from Indian store or No frills. Prize of this noodles is $1 for 3 so cheap. Lol my dad doesn't know how to make any food so, he usually make this and eat it.
So now lets make maggie..
step 1: take 1 cup of water into container and turn on the gas
step 2 : take out a 1 spice packet from Maggie's packet.
Step 3: Put that spice into water
Step 4: Take out 1 noodle piece and put inside water
step 5: Let noodles on gas until all water evaporate from it.
step 6: After that turn off the gas and your Maggie is ready.
you can serve it after.
we usually eat Maggie with pop. It digest Maggie Fast.
When we get hungry at night we sometimes make this Maggie noodles. It taste so yummy. If you like spicy food than add some chilli sauce and soya sauce in it. It taste different and yummy too.This noodles are so famous in India. When we were at back home, we used to eat a lot this noodles. There the prize of this noodle was only 10 Rupees cheaper than here too. Everyone love this noodles over there. Try it. It is really good.

My top 10 favourite food
Today, I am going to tell you my top 10 world wide favorite food. I love this all foods and I am crazy for it. Even though I am dieting I can't control when my mom made any of this food.
SO #10 goes to Manchurian
I love Manchurian yummy. It's a traditional chinese food. It also known as guandong. sometimes I eat machuriane with noodle or chicken too. There's receipe in restaurents call Noddles with machurian and chicken too. Most of the time I prefer eating machuriane only because I love it. The bellow picture is of machuriane.
My #9 goes to: Pan cakes
I love pancakes too because its easy to make and taste really good. My hard time friend is you Pancakes. Ancient Greek people made Pancakes.
My #8 goes to: Spring roll.
I love spring rolls. they are originally from South Asia. It taste so yummy. We can eat this with sweet sauce.
My #7 goes to: Samosa
Yummy samosa love you. what happened to me if you are not with me? i love samosa and ya I am crazy for it too. Samosa is originally from India. It taste spicy.
