I told my best friend
to watch movie with me. We watched food Inc. , Supersize me and Ratatouille. After
watching these movies, I asked my friend several questions. As she told she
liked Supersize me movie a lot. Therefore, we decided to take a meal influence
from that movie.
Basically, “Supersize me” by Morgan Spurlock is movie on fat
people. Morgan Spurlock documents him each day for a month. At that time he
only ate McDonald’s food nothing else. He does lunch, breakfast and dinner in
McDonald and tried every single meal of menu. Most time he supersized his meals
when they asked and it happen very often. In this month he doesn’t do much
exercising. Even though he was eating not much food, he was consuming 5000 calories
a day and don’t do work much. At the end of the month he noticed that he gained
average of pound a day. After that month he got sick and started visiting
doctor often. Too much fast food damage her heart and sex drive. Also, his
doctor warned him to stop this experiment to stop his long term health
problem. He takes a year to come back
into original shape. And then he stopped eating McDonald’s food.
The main message of the movie is to stop eating McDonald’s
food / eat less McDonald’s food because it can cause long time health problem
and also you gain a lot of weight eating this food. American people are so obese
just because of they eat lots of fast food and don’t do much exercise to digest
it. My friend commented on movie that she also never ever going to eat McDonald’s
food or any other fast food because she is so concern about her health. After
watching this movie, she told me not to make a heavy meal. Instead of heavy
meal just make meal; which is not fatty and she can get nutrients from it. Fast
food is so bad for our health. Now I will try to eat less fatty food. Instead of
eating fatty food, I will start dieting.
This movie is one of top 10 food perspective movie. Average
rating of this movie is 4 to 4 and half rates; which is so good. This means
people liked this movie a lot and I am one of them. I gave this movie 4 rates
and my friend gave rate 5 because she thinks after watching this movie she got
more influence not to eat unhealthy meals.
Part 3:-
After watching this movie, Me and My friend decided not to eat unhealthy meals and because we ate McDonald's food in the morning, we decided to make something healthy instead of unhealthy food. So, I made vegetable sandwich, milk and rice.

- Dressing sauce
- Vegetables (Tomatoes, cabbage, olives, onion )
- Breads
- Method:-
- Take a 1 piece of bread.
- One side of break dress with dressing sauce
- Cut vegetables.
- put on 1 side of bread.
- Close this thing with one more piece of bread.
- put sugar into milk.
3. Rice:-
- Ingredients:-
- Rice
- Salt
- Method:-
- Take a 1 cup of rice and wash it.
- Take out Rice cooker
- put 1 and half glass of water.
- Add both things into rice cooker.
- Turn on the rice cooker until it is ready.
- When its ready you can serve it.
