6. Favourite Recipes

In this section, I am going to write my 5 unique/ favorite recipe. Scroll down to see all 5 favorite recipes.

Recipe : Noddles Indian 

-Ingredients:
  1. Maggie noddles packet (1)
  2. Soy Sauce
  3. Chilli Sauce 
- Method:
- Take a Maggie noodles 1 packet.
- Take 1 cup of water and put it into 1 bowl.
- Take out the small packet from noodles packet and pour it into water.
- Take out noddles and break it into pieces than put it into bowl.
- than mix all stuff and put it into oven for six minutes.

- When it's done take it out from oven and add soy sauce and chilli sauce (Add it as how spicy you want it.)
- Mix all thing and you can eat it after.





Importance:-
- This is our home made recipe no one really knew about. Most people eat it only noddles, but no one add soy sauce and chilli sauce inside. Adding this both ingredients change the taste of whole noddles. It taste more spicy and more yummy. Only my family member know about this secret recipe, but today I am sharing this recipe with world.


Recipe: Tea

Ingredients:-
-  1 and half table spoon tea
- 1 and half table spoon Sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of milk
- Ginger powder 1 spoon

Method:-
- Take a container and put 1 cup of water inside the container.
- put sugar, black tea (tea powder) and ginger powder inside water.
- When it's bubbling too much put milk inside tea.



- Watch tea carefully when it's about to come up turn of gas and your tea is ready.

Importance:- 
- This is our family favorite tea. My granny's granny taught her this recipe and my mom is the only child of her mom. So, my granny gave her tea recipe to my mom. My mom taught me how to make this tea. So, I also knows the recipe and this is unique than other. Thanks to my granny to give such a wonderful recipe to my mom and whenever we drink tea we miss her.

Recipe: Masala Dosa

Ingredients:



Dosa shell:
1 1/2 cups rice
1/2 cup urad dal
salt to taste
Oil
Masala Filling:
2 large potatoes
1 medium onion (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon yellow split peas
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1-2 green chili
1 tablespoon oil
salt to taste

Preparation:
Dosa shell
  • Separately soak rice and urad dal at least 6 hour or overnight in water.
  • Grind to paste.
  • Mix together, add salt with water to make batter.
  • Leave in room temperature overnight.
  • Mix onion and chilies to the thin batter.
  • Heat pan or griddle with little ghee or oil.
  • Spread the mix on pan in circular motion to make thin Dosa.
  • Cook on both the sides, if desired.

Masala Filling (Spicy Filling):
  • Heat oil. Add mustard seed, peas, onions and spice.
  • Fry for about 5 minutes on medium heat or/until onions are turned into golden brown
  • Add potatoes and mix and cook some more Serve
  • Add filling inside Dosa and roll. Serve hot with Chutney.




Importance:- 
-   This is my one of favorite Indian Recipe. Actually this recipe is not mine because to write dosa recipe is complected. So, I choose to make a dosa from internet recipe. http://www.indianfoodforever.com/snacks/masala-dosa.html. Dosa I love it since I was small. Dosa is really tough to make.

Recipe:- Noddles Chinese

Ingredients:- 

  • Noddles
  • Soy sauce 
  • chilli sauce 
Method:- 
  • Take water in container
  • Add noddles
  • When noddles became soft take out water from inside
  • Add soy sauce and chilli sauce. Later, you can serve it. 
  • Importance:- This is my one of the favorite recipe. Therefore, I put it here. It taste really good. 

  • Recipe:- Moong Daal
  • Ingredients:
  •  Moong Daal
  •  Tomato
  • onion
  • lemon Juice

  • Method:- 
  • Take moong daal.
  • Add onion, tomato and lemon juice. 


  • Importance:- This is my family favorite recipe. So less people knew about this recipe. Knowing this recipe, make my family unique. Whenever my relatives come they ask to make this daal for them. Thanks to my Grand father for giving such a good recipe.
