10 Worst food

My earlier blog was on top 10 best/ good foods. So, I decided to do 10 worst foods this time. People are interested in top 10 best/ good food So, they also like to know which foods are top 10 worst food.

1. Number First goes to Artery Crust. Only Half pie contains 520 Calories, 11 grams of saturated fat, and 800mg of Sodium. Entire pie contain 1040 calories, 22 grams of saturated fats, and 1600 mg of Sodium.

2. Number Second goes to Triple Bypass. This Comes within 1450 calories, 33 grams of saturated fat, and 3830 mg of sodium.

3. Number third goes to Salt on!. It has 760 mg of sodium. Progresso Reduced Sodium, and Healthy Choice slash the sodium to the 400s. Look for lower sodium lines in the 100s to 300s by Amy’s, Imagine Foods, Pacific Natural Foods, and Tabatchnick.

4. Number fourth goes to Tortilla Terror. It contain 970 calories, and 18 grams of saturated fat. If you skip the cheese still it become 750 calories which worth more than day's worth sodium.




5. Number Fifth goes to factory Reject. 1,760 calories and 2½ days’ worth of saturated fat (50 grams), mostly from chocolate, sugar, cream, white flour, and butter.



6. Number sixth goes to Burial Grands. It loaded with 310 calories, 2 grams of saturated fat , 2 and half grams of trans fat and 2 grams of saturated fat. 

7. Number Seventh goes to Transgression. Each tablespoon of the spread has 2½ grams of trans fat and 2 grams of saturated fat.


8. Number eighth goes to Starbucks on Steroids. It's worst than McDonald Quarter Pounder with Cheese. It has 580 Calories and 15 grams of saturated fat. 


9. Number ninth goes to Extreme Ice cream. It has average of half day's saturated fat and third of day's cholesterol. 

10. Number tenth goes to Stone Cold. It has 1250 calories and it's more than McDonald's Chocolate triple thick shake. The "Love it" product has 1660 calories and " Gotta have it"  contain 1920 calories and 69 grams of saturated fat. 




This all foods are full of more calories and fats. If you eat this food a lot than you might be consider soon in obese people. I think eating this food you will ruin your body figure. If you still want to eat it than go gym after eating it. My suggestion is control your emotion and stop eating this kind a  food.
