I researched on web, and most overview says, "Subway is not really a Healthier". subway is famous for it's healthier sandwiches, but people's overview says, "even subway is not healthier food to eat". I read many articles on subway today and all says, subway is not a healthier food. They are making fake advertising that subway's the healthier, but originally it's not. People says, " Subways sandwiches make us fat and has more calories."
My opinion on sub is very straight forward. Sub is healthier as they says. If you want to eat healthy sub sandwich than select veg sandwich n appropriate healthy bread. Depend on how healthy sandwich you selected that healthy sandwich it became. Problem is people don't like to eat healthy sandwich; they want meat, turkey's , and cheese types of food inside. Therefore, that sandwich become unhealthier and later on they say, "Sub sandwich is not healthier" , but reality is sub is healthier. If you want to live healthy, you should care what you eat.
So, don't blame sub for not making healthy sandwiches, blame you not to choose proper food to put inside. To be a healthy, choose healthy. Take care what you eat everyday and that will make a difference in your daily diets.
