Many people around us talks about McDonald's food. Most people says, "McDonald's food is not healthy." I researched on McDonald's food today and there are so many reason's I found , McDonald's food is bad for you. Our Grade 10 food and Nutrition teacher saved a McDonald's Burger for 6 months and it looks fresh as newly buy till she threw away.
If you ate fries, coke and big Mac of McDonald, you have to walk 7 hours straight to burn off that.
The processed fat in McDonald's food promotes endothelial dysfunction for up to 5 hours after eating the meal. Endothelial tissue is what lines the blood inside of blood vessel.
About 500,000 pounds of beef is processed per day, per plant. If an average beef cow weighs 1150 pounds, that means 2609 cows a day are turned into burgers. That's 952,285 cows per year only in US. Above video show us how inside the McDonald they make beef burger ?. How many cows killed every year/ day by this burger? How many beef burger they make everyday and killed cows? Guys wake up and save cows, stop eating McDonald's burger. I know one burger does not make a big difference, but If you think you can save cows than everyone else too and we can decrease the population of killing cows.
Many people think McDonald's fries is vegetarian, but It is not. McDonald's fries fried in vegetable oil, the oil is flavored with beef extract. So, People who are vegetarian better not eat McDonald's fries.
This Proves, McDonald's food is bad for you, think before you eat it. If you want to gain weight, you better go to McDonald.
