I ate Yellow rice today and that's my one of the favorite Indian food. when I don't know what to cook in dinner I usually make this rice and eat it. Even when my mom is tired and tell me to cook something and on that time I have lots of other work to do, I usually prefer to cook this Indian Rice. It's easy to make and taste delicious too. It taste spicy and people who love spicy food try this rice once.
Here is the recipe of my yellow Indian rice: (3 Serving )
Ingredients:
- Rice (2 cups)
- Red chilli powder(Half spoon )
- Oil (1 spoon)
- Turmeric Powder (quarter spoon)
- Green Chilli (3)
- Salt (1 spoon)
- Garlic (1)
- Onion (1)
Method:
- Clean Rice with water
- Put 1and 1/2 glass of water, 1 spoon salt and 2 cups rice into rice cooker.
- when rice perfectly cooked take that rice into 1 container and put it into slow temperature on gas
- put 1 table spoon oil., 3 green chillies, 1 onion, and 1 garlic into rice
- mix it properly
- after that put half spoon red chilli powder and quarter spoon of turmeric powder into rice
- mix everything properly
- After that you can serve rice
