Pizza

Today, I am going to talk about Pizza. I love pizza. It's my addiction ammm so yummy.  Every time I control my self not to eat pizza, but I failed most times. Today, I am going to talk about what type of pizza is unhealthy and what type of pizza are healthy.

Traditional Italian pizza are healthier pizza. It is made with a very thin base, olive oil and toppings like tomato and olives. they use mozzarella cheese; which is very sparingly.

Other fast food pizza restaurants like pizza hut, pizza nova and all other fast food pizza are not healthy. Their bread is fattening, have lots of cheeses and saturated fat.

Some of the pizza restaurant's have healthy menu option too.
If it's frozen pizza than they use really bad quantity cheese; which is unhealthy.

Cheese pizzas have the most fat because it only made from cheese; which is unhealthy for us.
In vegetable pizza choose right and healthy toppings because it make pizza healthier.

So, Choose right pizza because to be a healthy we need to choose a healthy pizza; which depend on us how healthy we choose.
